Thank you for your interest in participating in the Gloucester Daffodil Festival as a vendor. We are delighted to welcome food, fine arts, original handcraft, merchandise and non-profit vendors to this annual event, which draws tens of thousands to Gloucester’s Oldest Living Village, Gloucester Main Street.

Forms for the 2018 Daffodil Festival will be available in October!
The grounds of the Daffodil Festival will be changing over the next two years due to handicap accessibility upgrades. We will make every effort to accommodate space requests.
- Fine Arts & Photography
- Original items created by the applicant.
- Original Handcrafts
- Items made by the applicant, which can be made from raw materials or incorporate manufactured items in the completed craft.
- Vendors that sell or display manufactured goods, services or items that were made by someone other than the vendor.
- Non-profit local groups, organizations or churches that set up displays about their goals and efforts. They may do demonstrations, membership drives and give or sell items to benefit their group or organization. NOTE: non-profit organizations must be prepared to participate on both days of the Daffodil Festival; groups that do not participate on both days will not be allowed to participate in future festivals. Please do not apply if your group cannot participate in both days.
- Food court.
The contact person on the application will be responsible for their group and informing booth attendants of all of the rules for the Daffodil Festival.

Printed applications can be dropped off Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm., at Gloucester Parks, Recreation & Tourism, 6489 Main Street, Third Floor, Gloucester, VA 23061.
An after hours drop box is available inside the glass foyer at the back of the building.
